The entry audio monitor works as standalone or alongside Paxton’s Net2 access control combining door entry with key features of Net2. Three components of the Paxton audio monitor – external panel, interior monitor, and door control unit are housed in the monitor and can be easily interconnected using Cat5 or standard RJ45 terminated patch cables.

The Entry audio monitor can also be configured to utilise existing network infrastructure for simple installation. PoE technology enables both power and data along the same cable. Visitors can quickly initiate a call with a bell button on the external panel. When operating with Net2 access to the building can be gained using PIN Code, or proximity token.
