The newly adopted metal painting technique gives a refined and smooth metallic texture to the surface. With a coverage width of 180mm, the product can be used in various environments. The star-shaped indicator light serves as a guide for pedestrians.
The passageway is designed to accommodate different widths, including the standard 600 mm-1200 mm and a customized 1500mm width. This makes it suitable for various scenarios that require multiple lane widths, such as hospitals and gymnasiums. The gates are made of stainless steel and plexiglass, supporting a passage width of 900 mm-1500 mm. For narrower passages, pure plexiglass gates are available and can support a width of 600 mm-900 mm.
The newest horizontal engine incorporates a three-stage reduction gear that has a higher level of integration and a smaller volume. The brushless DC motor has a long service life, and its MCBF (Mean Cycles Between Failures) can reach up to 15 million times. The reduction gear, which is made of steel and PEEK materials, is more robust than nylon gear and has greater impact resistance with less noise. Additionally, the reduction gear ratio can reach up to 50, allowing for more gate configurations.
The technique of utilizing hidden grating measures has resulted in both high detection accuracy and quick installation. The passage safety has been further enhanced by incorporating triple clamp protections that include mechanical, electric current, and grating. The gate’s movement is accurately controlled through self-developed DC dynamic coding technology, which helps to ensure stable operation. Additionally, the system is equipped with EMI filter protection, short circuit protection, and overload protection. To improve its moisture-proof, corrosion-proof, and dust-proof capabilities, the main control board uses a special protection process.
The system supports multiple prompt functions including passage prompt, voice prompt, and alarm prompt. It also includes emergency protection and pedestrian protection functions. Additionally, it supports various abnormal alarms such as force-through alarms and conflict alarms. The system can be remotely debugged using the cloud platform.
